Becoming a M.S.V. Alchimica member – Master

Veel studenten van Moleculaire Levenswetenschappen zijn lid van M.S.V. Alchimica om te genieten van de gezelligheid en te profiteren van de boekenkorting bij de Wurshop. Als lid krijg je tevens vier keer per jaar het verenigingsblad ‘Periodica’ in je brievenbus en kun je naar alle activiteiten.

Almost every Molecular Life Sciences student is a member of M.S.V. Alchimica to be able to profit from lunch lectures, the ‘gezelligheid’, discount on study books and the opportunity to connect and network with the field of Molecular Life Sciences. As a member you will receive the associations’s magazine, ‘Periodica’, four times a year.

Wil jij ook lid worden van M.S.V. Alchimica? Vul dan het onderstaande formulier in. Eerstejaars moleculairen worden tijdens het vak ‘Introductie Moleculaire levenswetenschappen en Biotechnologie’ sowieso gevraagd of zij lid willen worden van M.S.V. Alchimica. Het lidmaatschap is €10,00 per kalenderjaar. Het eerste halfjaar is dus gratis voor eerstejaars!

Wijzigingen doorgeven

Het ledenbestand wordt bijgehouden door de secretaris van M.S.V. Alchimica. Om dit bestand up-to-date te houden, is het belangrijk dat adreswijzigingen, nieuwe telefoonnummers etc. zo snel mogelijk via de e-mail worden doorgegeven aan de secretaris. Deze gegevens bepalen namelijk of je de Periodica en ALV-uitnodigingen wel of niet krijgt.

Changing your personal details

The members file is kept up to date by the secretary of the M.S.V. Alchimica exec. To make this task easier we ask that you keep them informed of changes to your address, phone number, etc. please email any changes to the secretary as soon as possible as they are needed to keep you well informed and to ensure you receive the Periodica and ALV-invitations.

Lidmaatschap en overstappen naar een andere studie

Mocht je overstappen naar een andere studie dan kun je nog steeds lid blijven van Alchimica. Je krijgt dan nog steeds alle uitnodigingen, Periodica’s en weekmails. Wil je dit niet? Stuur dan een e-mail waarin je uitlegt wat je gaat doen (overstappen naar andere studie bv.) en geef aan dat je geen lid meer wilt zijn. Overigens is het handig om in beide gevallen een e-mail te sturen, dus ook als je wel lid wilt blijven.

Membership after a change of study program

If you decide to change study program, you can still remain a member of Alchimica. However, should you wish to end your membership, send an e-mail explaining your reasons (such as changing course) and let us know if you wish to remain a member of not.

Alchimica voor alumni

Helaas mogen alumni geen lid meer zijn van Alchimica. Je mag echter wel donateur worden! Een donateur ontvangt nog steeds de Periodica en mag naar alle activiteiten komen, behalve die met een huishoudelijk karakter (bijvoorbeeld een ALV). Het donateurschap kost €10 per jaar en kan aangevuld worden met een bijdrage naar eigen invulling. Na je afstuderen zal je lidmaatschap worden omgezet in een donateurschap. Het is handig om een bericht te sturen aan de secretaris van Alchimica, wanneer je afstudeert. Wij zouden graag je nieuwe e-mailadres en postadres ontvangen, zodat we je kunnen bereiken voor oud-leden activiteiten (bijvoorbeeld een reünie). Bovendien kun je dan aangeven dat je geen donateur wilt zijn.

Alchimica for alumni

Unfortunately, alumni cannot remain Alchimica members. However, you can become a sponsor! Sponsors receive the Periodica and can come to all activities, except for those reserved for members only such as the ALV. Sponsorship costs a minimum of 10 euros a year according to personal limits and desires. After you graduate your membership automatically changes to sponsorship. It would be helpful if you could send a message to the Alchimica secretary informing us of your graduation and new email and home address so we can continue to send you the Periodica and keep you informed of activities for alumni such as a reunion. If you prefer not to become a sponsor, you can also email us after graduation.

Vanaf dit schooljaar hebben we een ledenportaal op onze website, de ‘for members’ pagina’s. Hierop kun je 2e hands boeken kopen en verkopen, boeken downloaden, vak en minor reviews vinden, foto’s van activiteiten en het periodica archief. Klik hier voor meer info en om te registreren.

Belangrijk

Als je de onderstaande forms hebt ingevuld, moet je daarnaast ook het automatische incasso papier invullen. Deze krijg je op de studiedag van het AID of kun je ophalen in Ad Hok (Forum 501), tijdens de pauze. Wanneer je het ingevuld hebt, kun je het afleveren in Ad Hok.

Wanneer je niet wilt werken met een automatische incasso, kun je ook zelf jaarlijks het geld overschrijven of contant betalen. Contacteer hiervoor het bestuur, voor meer informatie.

Important

If you filled in the forms below, please also fill in the paper for the pre-authorised debit. You can collect the pre-authorised debit at Ad Hok (Forum 501) in the lunch break or you get it at the studiedag of the AID. When filled in, please return it to Ad Hok.

If you do not want a pre-authorised debit, you can transfer the money to our account or pay in cash every year. Please contact the board for more information.
